Our current compliance program covers Cal Prop 65, REACH, fabric content and flammability testing, country-of-origin documentation, vendor manual, and product liability insurance. What is your production lead time for a major-retail PO?
90 to 120 days from approved tech pack and color confirmation to ex-warehouse Miami. Reorders against in-stock SKUs ship in 48 hours. We hold safety stock on top sellers for in-season replenishment.
Are you able to support EDI / vendor portal integration?
Yes — EDI 850 / 856 / 810 supported via our 3PL partner. We work with NuOrder, JOOR, and direct retailer portal upload. Specific portal compatibility confirmed during onboarding.
Do you maintain MAP pricing or markdown discipline?
The Club Moda premium line operates under a published MAP policy enforced across all wholesale and DTC channels. The La Moda core line follows standard wholesale-to-retail markup conventions and is appropriate for promotional floors and outlet retail.
What is your minimum order quantity for major retailers?
MOQ is negotiable for department-store and major-retail accounts. Our standard six-piece-per-style wholesale program is typically not the right fit at this account tier — we will scope per-SKU production and rollout volumes during partnership discussion.
Where is product manufactured? Do you have country-of-origin documentation?
Production runs through vetted partners in India and Latin America. We maintain documented chain-of-custody for each style and ship with country-of-origin labeling that meets FTC and CBP requirements. COO documentation is part of our standard compliance packet.
Can you support drop-ship for online assortments?
Yes, for select SKUs and account types. Drop-ship requires advance scoping (UPC alignment, packaging spec, returns address). We are happy to discuss during partnership scoping.
Do you have a sustainability or recycled-content program?
The Club Moda line includes recycled-content fabric options (Econyl-equivalent, recycled cotton-blend). Documentation provided per fabric on request. We do not currently make brand-wide sustainability claims that we cannot certify per SKU.
What categories should we look at first?
For department-store resort floors: long kaftans, swim-and-cover-up coords (matching sets), and printed resort dresses are our strongest sell-through categories. For outlet and value-floor retail: short caftans, single-piece swim, and cover-ups in our core wholesale program.
