What is the minimum order?
One prepack per style. Prepacks are 4 or 6 units depending on the style, and the exact pack size is shown on every product page. The minimum opening order value is USD 500; reorders have a lower floor.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the US, Canada, the Caribbean and internationally. Our Miami-area location makes us a practical partner for Caribbean boutiques and resort retailers.
Can I see samples before a large order?
Yes. Contact the wholesale team to arrange sample review.
What makes Club Moda different from La Moda Clothing?
Club Moda is the premium tier, for upscale boutiques, hotel shops and resort retailers serving an affluent clientele. La Moda Clothing covers a broader assortment at more accessible wholesale price points. Both are available through a single wholesale account.

- No forced seasonal minimums — no annual purchase commitment. Order when your OTB budget allows.
- In-season and off-season buying — we carry styles year-round, so you can spend OTB dollars in any quarter.
- USD 500 opening order, lower reorder floor — sized to fit a new-vendor trial budget.
- 1–3 day handling, 2–7 day US transit — manage in-season OTB without ordering months ahead.
- Net-30 for approved accounts — sell through before the invoice is due.
For specialty retailers, department store and platform buyers
- Direct wholesale account — for boutique, resort wear and swimwear floor buyers. Net-30, USD 500 opening order, prepack size runs.

What is your seasonal buying calendar?
Two main windows: Spring/Summer (buy February to April, ship April to June) and Holiday Resort (buy August to October, ship October to November). We accept and ship reorders year-round, so there is no forced buying window.
Do you work with department store buyers?
La Moda and Club Moda are stocked at Saks Off 5th, Macy's, Belk, Everything But Water and Shop Simon. We are open to conversations with regional and national department store buyers, resort wear specialty retailers and curated online platforms. Contact our sales director.
Can I get an exclusive territory or print?
Territory and print exclusivity are available to selected accounts case by case. Contact our sales director to discuss requirements and volume.
What lead time should I plan for?
In-stock styles ship within 1–3 business days from the Miami area. US delivery 2–7 business days; Caribbean 5–10 days.
